the GOP will pull off a shocker and retain a slim majority in the House...the Gas companies do not want the Dems in charge of committees...Gas will drop another 25 cents before the election...if Bushes popularity is over 45%(it is rising, some reason people think he controls gas prices) the GOP will keep the House...then right after the election, prices will slowly go up.
